Duties: Create and design training manuals and other documentation for Firestone Tire Company’s proprietary Point of Sale software. I returned in 2004 to update the original materials.
Accomplishments:
- Wrote and designed training manuals for computer software.
I developed software-training manuals for Bridgestone-Firestone Retail operations. This included both text and graphic management to create self-instructional guides for non-technical personnel.
- Wrote documentation for other Information Technology projects.
As part of the conversion of nearly 100 retail stores to the new computer system, I wrote guides for local operators to convert their existing financial data to a new, common system.

Accomplishments:
