Epic Electronic Medical Records Instructor and Instructional Writer
Duties: Instructed hospital and clinic personnel in use of the Epic Electronic Medical Records system for one of the most technically advanced hospital networks in the US. This included standard classroom instruction, design of specialized courses, and creation of instructional materials in print and online formats. Topics covered included scheduling, patient registration and hospital billing.
